On the 31st of January 2012 the militia closed the famous file hosting service Ex.ua. The reason of this was illegal content of the site. As web resource enjoyed great popularity, the number of upset users increased every day. As a result there was organized a mass revenge action in the social nets. Its aim was DDoS- attack on the government sites to shut down their work. A special program allows making plenty of requests to the attacked server, and in the end it can’t stand the load and stops working. The most attacked websites were knocked off and only the site of State Traffic Patrol Department could survive after the attack on the 14th of February. About 7000 nodes of suspicious activity were sent to the Block list. The site for State Traffic Patrol Department was developed by the experts from Stearling Studio who had cared for the safety of web resource and it could stand such a powerful attack.
Magazine “Kordon”
Realizing all the importance of Internet use in the modern world the Frontier Service of Ukraine decided to upgrade its official website which could present them in the Internet at and make users’ work on it as comfortable as possible. The employees of Frontier Service asked our web studio to help them. The developers worked with all the responsibility and great experience. The result was the Internet portal which had good responses in the newspapers and magazines which is bound to please our employees. In the second issue magazine “Kordon” described the website structure and its convenience for modern users who save their time looking for the necessary information in the Internet. Web portal was ready before Euro 2012 and provided the inhabitants of our country and foreigners with plenty of useful information which helped many people to plan their holiday and business trips. New web design and navigating system made the site interesting and popular. Web resource presentation was successful, portal users and admins appreciated its work and pleased the developers of «Stearling Studio» very much.
